1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if: The item arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included

Items not eligible for return: Digital or downloadable goods Products damaged by misuse or modification Items purchased with cryptocurrency (unless faulty)

2. Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  • 2. Include your Order ID, full name, and reason for return
  • 3. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return address

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed via: Bank Transfer for payments by wire Crypto Wallet (same asset, same address) for crypto purchases

Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days after approval

3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you’d like another item, simply return the product and place a new order.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
